After that, the delegation went to Gongyi Yan Yue ancient city by car to investigate the effect of repairing and re-greening the high slopes on both sides of National Highway 304 after 720 water damage by using Zheng Sai's soil rock formation technology. It was found that the slope after repair had been lushly vegetated, and then the pressure water of 260 bar was used to simulate 720 heavy rainstorm for high flow flushing, and it was found that the surface of sprayed rock-forming soil mix flowed down with clear water, while the surface of unsprayed rock-forming soil mix formed mud flowing down quickly.

The delegation also visited the construction site of a hill behind the resettlement house in Xiaoguan Township, Gongyi, which is being protected with fluid rock-forming cement. The soil-forming technology is used to strengthen and protect the mountain, which is made from local materials, and the soil is mixed with soil-forming agent and sprayed onto the mountain to improve the strength and impermeability of the mountain surface, reduce the scouring of the mountain by rainwater, avoid the formation of secondary disasters such as mudslides, and at the same time, green plants can be grown to play the effect of green carbon sink, replacing the original spraying concrete and slurry masonry process, which greatly reduces the construction The construction cost and construction period are greatly reduced.

The delegation visited the fourth-generation forest park building built with the redundant reliability concept of Zheng Sai Repair, which abandoned the concept of roof waterproofing based on membrane and replaced it with the concept of impermeable P30 structural self-waterproofing, supplemented by flexible coating waterproofing, extreme toughness set up, greatly improving the reliability and durability of waterproofing. The site saw that the slope constructed with soil-forming technology had experienced five heavy rains last year, including the 720 mega rainstorm, and still remained unharmed, and now herbaceous plants have grown and are vibrant. The site also saw a mountain using another colorless transparent protective agent for spraying reinforcement protection, which also experienced the test of last year's heavy rain without collapsing, while the area without treatment collapsed seriously.

The delegation finally inspected the kiln of the B&B treated with Cheng Sai's moisture and seepage resistance and condensation protection technology, and felt that the interior of the kiln was very dry without too much moisture.

The delegation also went to Mugou to inspect the road constructed by Chengsai soil. The road adopts the soil on site and adds the soil rock-forming agent. After rolling 15cm thickness, it is high strength and high permeability, and can bear 30 tons of vehicle load, which is suitable for the water-stable layer and roadbed of municipal roads, and rural roads and high-standard farmland infrastructure.
